Star Park
In addition to real estate management, investment and development, Schlesinger Companies also owns Star Park, one of the largest parking management and operating companies in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Star Park was founded in 1997 and currently operates a system of numerous parking and valet locations that include high-rise garages and surface lots in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.
Star Park has been the City of Portland’s parking management and operating company for the City’s Smart Park garage system since 2003. Currently, the company manages or operates over 10,000 parking stalls in fifteen privately owned parking structures and seven publicly owned parking facilities. Star Park also provides third-party pre-development advisory services.
