The Schlesinger Companies actively manage their own portfolio. Internal management allows us the opportunity to create long lasting business relationships with our tenants. By negotiating leases that are equitable for both the Tenant and Landlord we are able to achieve high retention rates in our properties. Although we are actively involved in lease negotiations and on-going management we work with the brokerage community to assist in creating these relationships.
