The Unitus Building
In 2006, Schlesinger Companies closed on the strategic acquisition of this 6 story office tower in Portland’s University District. Containing 46,000 square feet of office and classroom space, 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space, and an adjacent 40 stall parking lot, this building was master-leased to Portland State University for its architecture and foundation programs. This lease transaction was the Portland Metropolitan Area’s 2nd largest office lease transaction of 2006. Star Park currently manages this parking facility on behalf of the Schlesinger Companies.
