Waterlily Café Opens at Downtown Vancouver's Bank of America Financial Center

Schlesinger Companies lease ground floor retail space to experienced operator.
Vancouver, Wash. – On January 7th locally owned and operated Waterlily Café opened at the Bank of America Financial Center in downtown Vancouver. The opening of the café will be an additional amenity for the Landmark property and will be a catalyst for the planned lobby and common area improvements.
The Bank of America Financial Center is a 10-story, 275,000-square-foot Class “A” office building serving as an iconic landmark for downtown Vancouver’s evolving skyline. The building’s long-term tenants include the Bank of America branch, Princeton Athletic Club and several prominent law firms. Valet parking is currently offered to better serve tenants.

Schlesinger Companies has built and owned other properties in Vancouver, including the original J.C. Penney store in downtown Vancouver, since the mid-1950s. The three-generation company, started by family patriarch Ralph Schlesinger, owns and manages property in Portland and in other parts of Washington and Oregon.
